Before coming on board as PBA's Chairman and CEO, Uwe Brettmann had 15 years of domestic/international experience in directing a 30-country franchise operation, consisting of 200 employees, with $118 million in annual gross revenue. Expertise in: Startup/turnaround situations, multi-national negotiations, establishing worldwide partnerships/strategic alliances, and repositioning value-added product/service offerings designed to drive market and earnings growth. Convincing and credible communicator able to determine organizations' operational needs, in order to define, establish, and deliver appropriate solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. Demonstrated record of generating franchise sales in a new market from zero to $19.6 million within a three-year period. "Yes, I am passionate about what we are doing. Doris FinkDoris Fink, VP HR
Before joining Personal Business Advisors in 2002, Doris Fink enjoyed a significant executive career in the healthcare imaging arena. During her tenure in healthcare, Doris created, successfully built and ran Thermo-Diagnostics Inc., a mobile diagnostic testing service.

Tasting entrepreneurial freedom in this first endeavor, Doris sought out freedom in yet another space - Small Office Home Office. Mail Boxes Etc. was an attractive match for her skill set and creativity. Within this organization, she experienced the role of franchisee as well as corporate trainer, experiencing all aspects of the franchise industry.

With the advent of the new Millennium, Doris sought out a new role in a virtual setting.  Uwe Brettmann  invited her to become part of  PBA's executive recruiting division where her first assignment was an intense study of trends in the executive job market and solutions for disenfranchised executives.  After extensive market research, Doris launched the Senior Advisor division and business model where today she leads our largest team.  On a corporate level, Doris serves as VP of Human Resources.

Donna WrightDonna Wright, Chief Operating Officer
Donna is a Senior Sales Executive with decades of success and experience leading organizations in both Fortune 500 and small entrepreneurial companies.

She has proven leadership abilities in recruiting, building, motivating and coaching individuals and teams while collaborating across multiple business lines. She has a reputation for building markets, generating revenue and driving profit to the bottom line.

Raised by American parents, Donna grew up in South America. Her passion for Spanish culture led her to explore extraordinary business opportunities in Spain. This is how she found Personal Business Advisors, invested into and built a PBA master office in the U.S., then bought the master license for Spain and subsequently became the VP Business Development for PBA's international business development.

Donna has a heart and passion for the market PBA is serving and always leads by example.





Robert DubekRobert Dubek, VP Veteran's Division
Before coming on board as VP of PBA's Veteran's Division, Colonel Dubek served over 26 years in the US Air Force and almost 2 years as COO of an alternative energy start-up.   As a true generalist leader, he has experience as an analyst, HR practitioner/mentor/personnel developer, logistician, project management and strategic planning as well as multi-faceted operations oversight. 

His budgets have reached $40M and his final command position in the Air Force consisted of over 2100 military and civilian employees and 8 distinct business elements.  Colonel Dubek has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Master's degrees in Operations Research and Strategic Studies.

Carol Coffey, VP "On Wheels" Division
Carol has held executive roles in organizations for more than 25 years. Her successful career crosses over many boundaries from financial management to sales management, from health care to education, from consulting to business coaching. She is a highly respected trainer, instructor, educator, coach, advisor, writer, inventor and long-time entrepreneur.

Carol offers a wealth of experience and has continually demonstrated sound, practical leadership throughout her life; and has been the recipient of many awards including global recognition. A consummate business professional, Carol has been instrumental in areas that have helped launch individuals into new business levels, new beginnings and positive change and stresses the importance to be able to adapt and adjust to the demands of the times.

After becoming PBA's Master License for Canada, Carol embraced the concept and is a natural to head PBA's new 'on Wheels' Division.

Both Carol & her husband Ray are outdoor enthusiasts and enjoy the many travel opportunities presented. Avid explorers by nature, and RV'ers  as well, they look forward to helping many hundred thousands of "full timers". There are 8 million RV er's in the US and many seek employment during the year. Carol & Ray, who travel all over North America, are hearing and understanding similar stories from so many everywhere: boomers and peers, who find their retirement savings slowly evaporating after a life of hard work and success.
